Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has refused to be drawn on the club’s reported interest for Luis Suarez. He has recently confirmed that the rising star Alvaro Morata is set to leave the European champions.
Madrid rejected the offer from Arsenal to take academy product Morata on loan last January. Ancelotti has explained that the striker is keen to find another club in pursuit of first team football as he had an excellent league start last season.
“The player has decided to leave in search of more minutes and the club has agreed it”
Carlo Ancelotti said at the presentation of his new website.
Italian champions Juventus and Bundesliga side Wolfsburg are believed to be chasing for Morata. Hopefully Real Madrid must be looking for a buy-back clause in any potential deal with them.
Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti confirmed that he would be searching for a young striker like Morata. But he is not anymore interested about the great star of BPL (Luis Suarez).
“Suarez is a fantastic player but it would be a lack of respect to talk about signings at this stage”

1. Manuel Neuer ( Germany and Bayern Munich)
After spending an excellent 2010/11 season for Schalke, Bayern Munich spent $26 million on Manuel Neuer, with another $10 million dependant on his overall performances. So many Bayern Munich supporters felt that the club had overspent on him as his contract was due to expire in 2012, a player who would have been available for free. Manuel Neuer has silenced all the critics and has become the best goalkeeper at the FIFA 2014 World Cup in Brazil. He won the golden gloves as Germany won the World Cup for the first time since 1990.
Manuel Neuer is in the No. 1 position of our list of Top 10 best goalkeepers.
2. Iker Casillas ( Spain and Real Madrid)
At Real Madrid he is known as “Saint Iker”. But unfortunately he was dropped most of the time in 2012/13 season in La Liga by Jose Mourinho. Despite this he remains a club legend, having come through the youth system of Real Madrid. Often he has had the misfortune due to inadequate defense in front of him. Real spent a lot to assemble a fearsome attack, neglecting the backline. But it was truly a great chance for Casillas to show his skills to an even greater extent, putting his body on the line and making some spectacular saves. In the 2010 World Cup winning for Spain, Iker was the potent savior and the captain of the winning side.
3. Gianluigi Buffon ( Italy and Juventus)
When Italy lifted the 2006 World Cup, it was considered that Gianluigi Buffon is the best goalkeeper of the last decade alongside Iker Casillas. In 2001, his move from Parma to Juventus remains the most expensive transfer as a goalkeeper. Now, at the age of 30, injuries may be taking their toll on him, but Buffon remains as the wall for his Club and his country. To us he is one of the best goalkeepers in World football.
4. Victor Valdes ( Spain and Barcelona)
It was a kind of misfortune for Victor Valdes of being in his prime at the same time as Iker Casillas, the man who has held the Spain jersey for over a decade. For Barcelona, Valdes is the most successful goalkeeper, having won six La Liga titles and three Champions Leagues. Victor Valdes, the former Tenerife youth is terrific in one-on-one situations. Valdes only earned his first cap for Spain National Team in 2010.
5. Petr Cech ( Czech Republic and Chelsea)
Petr Cech has been a model of consistency for Chelsea since his arrival in 2004. He rarely makes any error and has helped his club to win three Premier League titles and a Champions League title. In 2006, in a controversial challenge by Reading’s Stephen Hunt, Petr Cech suffered a devastating injury with fractured skull. Soon he recovered and started to make some stunning saves despite Chelsea’s solid defense. It has made him the sign of his class and extreme concentration that he is rarely found wanting when called upon.
6. Joe Hart ( England and Manchester City)
Joe Hart made a huge contribution to the Citizen’s title win in 2012. Being a superb shot-stopper he is such a man between the posts who possesses with calmness and true authority. However, in the season of 2012/13 Hart didn’t able to show his magic anyway and despite his numerous strengths, the England goalkeeper needs to improve his handling and minimize errors.
7. Thibaut Courtois ( Belgium and Atletico Madrid)
Thibaut Courtois plays with firm confidence beyond his tender years and has made some truly remarkable saves since joining Atletico Madrid on loan from Chelsea in 2012. This promising goalkeeper will be one of the very bests in the World for the next decade while Chelsea have a ready-made replacement for Petr Cech once they decide to bring back the Belgian from his long term loan with Atletico Madrid.
8. Julio Cesar ( Brazil and Queens Park Rangers)
From the 2010 World Cup qualifiers Julio Cesar emerged as Brazil’s first- choice goalkeeper. The former Inter Milan keeper didn’t let his country down. In 2014 World Cup, his stunning saves in the penalty shootout against Chile saved Brazil. Later then, in the semifinals with a defenseless team, he didn’t do more. Hopefully, he will strongly come back to show his strength.
9. Hugo Lloris ( France and Tottenham Hotspur)
Hugo Lloris seems to have a promising career ahead of him both for his country and his club. The France captain Lloris is much more capable of keeping strikers at bay by boasting a long reach and superb reflexes. In August 2012, he was signed by Tottenham Hotspur as they were looking for a long-term option between the posts. But he has to be more advanced in making decisions.
10. Samir Handanovic ( Slovenia and Inter Milan)
The 6 ft 5 in Slovenian stopper established himself as one of the best goalkeepers in Serie A. In July 2012, after joining Inter Milan has become an asset for the team. Handanovic helped to form the spine of the Slovenia team by conceding just four goals in 2010 World Cup qualifying matches. His agility and penalty saving powers are becoming more valuable for his country and club.

Without the intensity of a transfer saga, the limelight of a glitzy unveiling with a weight of a world –record fee and overwhelming deluge of interview questions, Gareth Bale will have enjoyed a summer a little more like yours or mine over the past couple of months.
The former Tottenham player has seen other scrutinized during their time in Brazil World Cup and has witnessed contemporaries such as Toni Kross and James Rodriguez navigate through the Real Madrid fanfare. Bale also watched opponents and teammates alike endure a tiresome summer. This will have taken both physical and psychological toll for him as the new season arrives.
And finally the end product is a fully fresh, well-rested complete fit Gareth Bale who is ready to take Europe by storm.
The fresh Welshman, Gareth Bale said at the beginning of Real Madrid’s training camp,
” It was really disappointing not being in the Brazil World Cup, but I have had seven weeks of rest and now I can have a full pre-season”.
It was notable that he denied the last summer pre-season. He is now determined to improve his skills and technique. Bale said,
“I want to have an even better season than last year. I want to give more assists and score more goals. I want to improve in every aspect.”
Last season in all competition Gareth Bale contributed 22 goals and 17 assists! So, he definitely capable to improve more…
“Without pre-season it was tough enough, but this season will be different in the sense. It was a massive change for me, but in time I have become very comfortable here.”
What the Madrid Coach Carlo Ancelotti and Real Madrid are set to witness in 2014-15 season is the Gareth Bale of two seasons ago at White Hart Lane.
They will witness the Bale who left scorch mark all around England soil, smashing 21 league goals as a roaming midfielder, doing so with a combination of sublime skill and explosive power that had rarely been seen previously in the English Premier League.
The Real Madrid has got the Golden Bale who almost burst the netting from 30 yards at West Ham, the Bale who rendered a whole Newcastle United team utterly helpless, the bale who cut the heart out of Manchester united at their home, Old Trafford, the Bale who annihilated Lyon with a simply exquisite pair of free-kicks.
So basically the Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez and the coach, Carlo Ancelotti are getting everything right that had been expected from an £85 million player.
And probably more is coming…
Last season, in his opening months in Madrid as a Galactico, Gareth Bale endured a somewhat underwhelming beginning. It is not that much tough to think that some factors were there like his absence in the pre-season due to injuries, difficulties with new home, new culture and new language.
In Real Madrid uniform, Bale was forced to adapt on the wing, force to develop chemistry with Cristiano Ronaldo in the heat of competition, while Ancelotti tinkered with the team’s systematic approach to accommodate Bale’s talents.
And Gareth Bale had done all of that, despite not playing a full 90 minutes until November arrived. It was a gradual process finding his feet.
It is not hard to find the differences between then and now as the new season arrives. It is a obvious warning sign for the defenders in Spain and across Europe.
“I have become very comfortable here,”
he was telling that most of the time when in California.
Remember his name, Gareth Bale, who scored 22 goals and made 17 assists, assigned a hat-trick in just his 9th La Liga outing and in Copa del Rey who struck some decisive goals and who scored in the Champions league final before he had gotten COMFORTABLE!
On Monday, Ancelotti said of Bale,
“He’s doing what he wasn’t able to do last year,”
Despite some charming transfer news with James Rodriguez and Toni Kross in Real, the Welshman will be all around the La Liga and Champions League to be more ferocious.
Finally the Mexican stopper and free agent Guillermo Ochoa has signed the papers for a new club to join this upcoming new season. Officially he was assigned for the Spanish side Malaga on Friday.
After a sensational performance at the 2014 World Cup, he made himself the hottest free agent on the market. Although he spent the last few seasons playing for French minnows Ajaccio, it came as no surprise at all that he held out for a club of much bigger stature, like Spanish club Malaga.
Guillermo Ochoa signed a three-year deal with Malaga after passing a medical on Friday. He is likely expected to become Malaga’s new starter after Willy Caballero’s transfer to English Club Manchester City.
” I’m happy to be in this club that opened the doors to the Spanish league, which is a dream for me. It’s a great project.”
The Spanish club, Malaga ran into some financial difficulties in 2012. They were forced to sell top players like Joaquin, Isco and Jeremy Toulalan last year. But since then they have done an excellent job rebuilding their squad.
While Malaga won’t challenge the likes of the giants, Real Madrid and Barcelona for the La Liga title, they will be expected push for one of Spain’s European slots in the new season.
Guillermo Ochoa, who is he?
At the age of 20 Ochoa was called up by the Mexico team as the third choice goalkeeper in 2006 FIFA World Cup. Hugo Sanchez, the then newly appointed manager called Ochoa as a deputy of Mexico’s no 1 goalkeeper Oswaldo Sanchez. Ochoa made his debut on 2010 World Cup qualification and in 2010 FIFA World Cup he controversially remained the back-up goal keeper to veteran Oscar Perez.
Guillermo Ochoa in World Cup 2014:
For the 2014 World Cup, Guillermo Ochoa was named in Mexico’s 23-man squad. Ochoa started in Mexico’s opening match against Cameroon. The match ended in a 1-0 victory for Mexico. It was the debut match for Ochoa in a World Cup, having been called up for the previous two tournaments with no appearances.
In the second group stage match, the match against Brazil, Ochoa made four stunning saves, including a Neymar’s powerful header. The match result was draw and Ochoa was awarded man of the match.
In the knock-out match against Netherlands, Ochoa made several crucial saves to hold on to Mexico’s 1-0 advantage. However, the Dutch took the match by 2-1. His performance and skills were well praised and awarded second man of the match. So, this is our Guillermo Ochoa.
The transfer and The Right Man:
It was their biggest need to find a replacement for Caballero for the upcoming new season. Guillermo Ochoa becomes the right man for them with World Cup experience and the skill set to thrive at the highest level.
It is a great chance for Ochoa to show he truly is one of the elite players at the position in undoubtedly the strongest league in the world, so this transfer truly feels like a match made in paradise.
For the last few games, Real Madrid has proven their shaky defense. And now they are going to receive another minor blow. Real Madrid Star and Portuguese center-back succumbed to a muscle problem. He has already missed the tricky away game against Deportivo La Coruna in La Liga last night.
Manager Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that the defender was going to miss the match due to muscle fatigue. The 31 year old’s place was taken by the young French central defender Raphael Varane. May be that another cause, Pepe’s loss needn’t be a particularly damaging blow for Real.
Pepe definitely could offer more experience. He is a genuine uncompromising streak fierce to make any attacker cringe. But at the same time he is part of that defense which was breached easily in last three games.
Unfortunately Real Madrid had to admit seven goals that time. All involved with the squad just felt the necessity of improving the back. May be Varane is a key choice for that kind of improvement. Though he is not a regular at the squad. But Pepe injury got this chance for his talent.
Pepe Injury: updates
No matter if he plays regular or not. Madrid got to sign another new deal with the French international to keep away from other club’s reach. Real Madrid is committed to protect one of their future stars.
The 21-year-old France international moved to Bernabeu from Lens in 2011. At that time he got the six year deal with the club. Since then he had made a complete 74 appearances. Undoubtedly he got several other clubs interest. Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea is among them.
But Pepe Injury reminds Madrid that they have to keep the talent. Probably Real Madrid is going to add another three years to his existing contract in Bernabeu.
Real Madrid mostly had to rely on Pepe and Sergio Ramos. And now Ancelotti endorsed Varane’s importance.
“He is a Real Madrid player, he is young and we need him. We will help him”
“I always say that we have Ramos and Pepe, two of the best defenders in the world”
As per Real Madrid, Varane has to seize the limited chances to impress. Pepe Injury confirms that his aged legs are going to be rested ahead of La Liga tilt. Unfortunately Madrid have two actions in four days.
The last night Coruna trip was a satisfying event for the Real Madrid fans in last few weeks. Next, Ancelotti’s men have to host Elche in Bernabeu. Hope, Pepe Injury will not make suffer the team anymore.
Where goalkeepers are concerned, natural process has almost always been to have one consistent goalkeeper. Also there is another much-less-heralded backup in the event of an injury to the consistent choice. Major football clubs across Europe have been laughing in the face of that natural so called process. They have been buying backup keepers who could easily start for other major clubs to have as a solid backup goalkeepers. This recent stockpiling of goalkeepers that we are trying to make list of the top 10 most valuable backup goalkeepers in soccer 2015.
We can easily figure out the fact by just looking at Chelsea. Being one of the famous and richest clubs in Europe as well as England, Chelsea still have Petr Cech on their list despite the return of Thibaut Courtois. They have taken him after an extremely successful loan spell with Atletico Madrid last season. There’s also the fact that Manchester City recently signed Malaga’s Willy Caballero as backup goalkeeper to support their prior choice Joe Heart.
Barcelona signed both Claudio Bravo and Marc-Andre ter Stegen following the departure of longtime number one goalkeeper Victor Valdes. Who is still available for any club to be found as prime or backup goalkeeper. Real Madrid recently signed Costa Rican goalkeeping hero Keylor Navas to act as backup for Spanish goalkeeping legend Iker Casillas. No doubt, sometimes it feels like the number one goalkeeper of his age is currently on the downswing of his career with the Spanish Giants Real Madrid.
All this to say, backup goalkeepers are becoming a hotter commodity than ever in soccer. It’s becoming increasingly obvious as this transfer window comes to a close.
These 10 goalkeepers are still worth decent amounts of money despite their status of having to warm the bench. Though they are found more capable of providing a decent challenge to the guy in front.
Here we are discussing and making the list of top 10 most valuable backup goalkeepers in soccer / football world. These ranks are totally based on their market value.
Let’s find, who is the most valuable backup goalkeeper in soccer world?
10. Pepe Reina
Present Club: Bayern Munich
He was well known for so long as the main man in Liverpool. It’s a little bit strange to see Pepe Reina act as a backup nowadays in Bayern Munich. At 32 years of age, he is probably fitting that would be more accepting of a role as a mentor for Manuel Neuer, who is arguably considered as the best goalkeeper in world football.
With Bayern expected to make a serious run once again for the Champions League trophy this season, it was probably hard for the Spaniard. He is currently considered the number 10th of the list – top 10 most valuable backup goalkeepers in soccer. His current market value is at $6.6 million, which is turned down undoubtedly.
Maarten Stekelenburg is currently on loan at Monaco after Fulham. The Dutch goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg is acting as the backup goalkeeper for Les Rouges et Blancs behind Danijel Subasic this season. Surprisingly he is barely entered his 30s and has gained 54 caps for the Dutch national soccer team.
Marten may be several years removed from his best days as a member of Ajax, still has a market value of $7.3 million. Which makes him the 9th most valued backup goalkeeper right now. Stekelenburg still comes with a decent price tag for any team to have.
Jack has been considered as England’s goalkeeper of the future. Probably that’s the cause behind, Roy Hodgson brought him along for Euro 2012 two years ago. His previous club Birmingham City is proof enough that he’s got plenty of potential as goalkeeper.
However the 21-year-old is likely to play the role of backup to Asmir Begovic at Stoke. Unless the Potters can secure a last-minute loan spell for him. He is currently considered the 8th in the list of top 10 most important backup goalkeepers in the world. His current market value is $7.3 million. And he may not really be content to warm the bench despite his young career. He is being sent on a sixth loan spell may not be something he particularly wants either.
Willy had a very successful time as the main man at Malaga in La Liga previously. He has been inexplicably snubbed time and time again from the Argentine national team. Willy Caballero’s recent signing with Manchester City means that his chances of playing for his country have decreased a bit. As Joe Heart remains the main guy at the Etihad Stadium, he may only be called upon in case of injury.
Still with $7.3 million market price, Willy is at number 7 in this list of 10 most valuable backup goalkeepers in soccer 2015. It’s uncertain as to how long Caballero will be content to just be the second-string keeper at City.
Michael Agazzi is probably the least recognizable name on this list. The Milan backup goalkeeper Michael Agazzi has built up a decent reputation for himself as the main goalkeeper at Cagliari. At Chievo Verona earlier this year then led to him moving to the San Siro. They also signed Diego Lopez from AC Milan Football Club.
The 30-year-old is rated with a market value of $8.8 million. This makes him rank at 6th in the list of most valued backup goalkeepers in soccer world. He may not have much of a chance to compete for time as the number one keeper if Lopez’s performances for the Rossoneri are consistently better. The fact that longtime keeper Christian Abbiati is still on their books surely doesn’t also provoke.
Vorm has been capped 15 times by the Dutch national team. He was also chosen as going to the World Cup this past summer as a member of the Oranje’s third place team. Michel Vorm’s recent signing with Tottenham Hotspur may come back to haunt him.
As Hugo Loris firmly entrenched as Spurs’ number one man, also evergreen American goalkeeper Brad Friedel still on their side, Michel Vorm may have a difficult time starting games at White Hart Lane. He is at fifth position considering the backup goalkeepers priority list. The former Swansea City keeper is rated at a market value of $8.8 million. Hopefully he may not stay in Tottenham for a terribly long sessions.
He has been following a great run by the Colombian national team to the quarterfinals of this summer’s 2014 World Cup, Brazil. Most obviously David Ospina needed to play for a bigger club than Nice in Ligue 1. He had been playing with them after moving overseas in 2008.
Arsenal may not necessarily be the answer for that problem. Although he’s clearly good enough to start for a major club. He will likely have to fight for playing time with the Gunners’ longtime number one Wojciech Szczesny now. With a market value of $10.3 million, Ospina is considered 4th of the most valuable backup goalkeepers in 2015 soccer world. The 25 year old still young goalkeeper need his competition which could potentially be fierce.
Claudio Bravo is currently in the starting role for Barcelona FC. As a result of the fact that promising young German keeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen is out injured for some times. Once ter Stegen returns, Bravo may have to sit a number of games out for the Blaugrana.
He has been playing for the Chilean national team that made it past one of the World Cup’s round. He was the longtime number one for Real Sociedad. Claudio Bravo may not be satisfied to have to be part of a goalkeeping tandem. He is at no. 3 of the 10 most valued backup goalkeepers 2014/2015. At 31 years of age, his market value is $11.6 million, which is still considered fair enough.
Navas’ performances for his country at the 2014 World Cup Brazil this summer were nothing short of sensational. Undoubtedly his role in Costa Rica’s run to the quarterfinals was instrumental also. So it was obvious that Keylor Navas would not be content to still be playing for a club like Levante.
The sensational goalkeeper was rewarded with a move to La Liga giants Real Madrid. His market value of $14.6 million shows that he’s good enough to start for many big clubs around Europe. But it’s unknown how often he’ll have to jockey for position with another arguable greatest of our generation. Someday will definitely see him as the number one role at Bernabeu.
Cech has been linked recently to loan spells at clubs like Paris Saint-Germain. Still he remains on Chelsea’s books. It looks as if he’ll have to settle for a backup role behind young Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois. Unfortunately if he doesn’t win his place back at Stamford Bridge, Petr Cech will be certain to move elsewhere.
For a time now, he’s still by far the most valuable backup goalkeeper with a market value of almost $25 million. He is also one of the best goalkeepers in recent years and still very much intact even at 32. People believes he has also fallen on the downturn of his career and leading the backup goalkeepers in world soccer.

Manchester United could be welcoming Borussia Dortmund’s Mats Hummels and Atletico Madrid’s Mario Mandzukic to Old Trafford this summer. According to talkSPORT, Mats Hummels is kind of pondering his future at Dortmund following the departure of manager Jurgen Klopp and wants to leave this summer.
Borussia Dortmund had a difficult season in Bundesliga. They will not feature in the Champions league next season because of their poor performance this summer. The sales of Mario Gotze and Robert Lewandowski is consecutive summers weakened Borussia Dortmund while on the other hand it strengthened the rival Bayern Munich in German Bundesliga.
MANU Transfer News: Mats Hummels, Mario Mandzukic
Mats Hummels would reportedly set his value at £20 million for Manchester United, but for a player of his caliber, that price is more than worth it for the United. The Germany international, Hummels is a vast experienced player. He always performs outstandingly on the biggest stage of football. He came into the football through Bayern Munich youth academy. He joined his current club, Borussia Dortnund on loan in January 2008 and officially signed in 2009 for €4 million. He won two league titles and finished as runner-up in 2012-13 UEFA Champions league for the Borussia Dortmund.
He is playing for the German international team since 2010. Hummels has earned over 30 caps and represented Germany at Euro 2012 and 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
The center-back is also an effective defender and would certainly improve the quality of Manchester United’s back line. Despite Dortmund’s struggle in Bundesliga, Hummels won 61% of his duels for his team, which also includes 70% of his aerial battles and successfully dribbled past an opponent 20 times in 28 attempts. The performance is quite impressive indeed. The 26-year-old central defender is a solid defender who is very much comfortable with the ball. He would be a great asset for the Red Devils’ uninspiring defense. Hummels should be considered as a must-buy for the Manchester United.
Up front, The Red Devils would be very much keen to add Mario Mandzukic in this summer of tranfer window. Mandzukic has shown much potential in this season of La Liga. He netted a total 21 goals in his debut season with Atletico Madrid. ManU are negotiating an £18.1 million transfer deal for the Croatian striker. He is a prolific goal scorer with a great defensive and aerial power. While in Bayern Munich, he won three trophies in his first season with the team, including the Champions League. Mandzukic became the first Croat to score in the Champions league final with Bayern.
He participated in two major competitions for Croatia, 2012 EURO and 2014 FIFA World Cup. Mandzukic was awarded the Croatian Footballer of the Year both in 2012 and 2013.
Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone spoke on Mandzukic’s exit from the Vicente Calderon,
“He annoys me easily, that’s the fact. He is a great player indeed and a decent lad. He himself is down about not maintaining the form he displayed up until this season.”
The Croatian striker netted 21 goals for Atletico Madrid and laid on five assists in all competitions during his debut season with the Spanish club. However, Mandzukic went on a significant dry spell in the last half of the season in La Liga.
Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal is desperate in need of more firepower up front as Robin Van Persie continues to declines with age and Radamel Falcao has returned to his old club FC Monaco. The 29-year-old Mandzukic would be a fine squad player for the Red Devils, but they will not want to be in the position where they are relying on him to fire them to win the premier league title next season.
The Atletico striker is powerful in the air and excels at holding the ball up. But, Manchester United lack the pace in forward areas which they are currently lacking. This deficit caused Van Gaal to play Angel Di Maria out of his natural position or experiment with youngster James Wilson last season in Premier league. Mario Mandzukic can’t be considered as an attractive proposition in this case, given his age and playing style.
On the other hand, Mats Hummels should be brought into the old trafford whatever the cost is. The classy midfielder cum defender would add leadership and solidity to United’s shaky defense line and his purchase would be a bold step for Van Gaal towards returning to the air of invulnerability, that they enjoyed under the reign of Sir Alex Ferguson.
Xavi Hernandez has recently left Barcelona to join the Qatari football club, Al Sadd SC. He may leave, but the legacy he left behind in Nou Camp, will last for generations. Xavi was the most decorated player for Barcelona. He signed off in a best possible way, by lifting the Champions League title in Berlin in a great passion. With Xavi’s absence in the heart of the Barcelona’s midfield, an enormous void was created for the Catalans. Barcelona need to fill the blank immediately, but to suggest that player would be a direct replacement for Xavi Hernandez, is pushing it somewhat.
We have looked over five players who might step into Xavi’s shoes. Barcelona would be planning to organize the midfield in such a manner that would definitely suit for a Champions league winner. So, Let’s have a look-
5 potential replacements of Xavi in Barcelona:
1. Denis Suarez
Denis Suarez has really found his feet in La Liga for Sevilla over the past 12 months in the last season. He was sent on loan to play in Sevilla as a part of the deal that brought Ivan Rakitic to Nou Camp. Suarez proved himself as a great attacking midfielder back in Andalusia. But the loan contract still to go on for another year and it would not be easy for Barcelona to bring him back. However, it is not impossible for a club like Barcelona.
The Catalans has already built up a healthy relationship with Sevilla, signing Aleix Vidal in the most recent time from Sevilla. Denis Suarez has the potential to become successful in Barca, much like Gerard Deulofeu, who was given much the same opportunities. He could be a better replacement for Xavi, as during his time with Barcelona B,he used to take the midfield responsibility quite successfully.
Paul Pogba, the French midfielder appears the most likely to be signed by Barcelona this summer. Already some initiatives are taken to grab this Juve at personal and club level. Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu said,
“it is true that Paul Pogba is one of the leading targets of ours and obviously we are interested to bring him at the Nou Camp. But, I cann’t say anything more right now.”
Pogba would make a real change of direction in the midfield for the Barcelona. He would be a more powerful midfielder than the ‘conductor’ Xavi has been. Landing the ex-Manchester United man would cost Barcelona more or less around €80 million and the midfielder is just waiting for the green signal.
If Barcelona are interested in Real Madrid midfieder Isco, firstly, they have to arrange a third party to have Isco signed for them before he move onto Barca. It’s a matter of just a few months. There is absolutely no chance that Florentino Perez would sanction a move to Real Madrid’s greatest rivals.
Although, Isco would be significantly cheaper than Pogba, there are unlikely to be too many supporters fussed about Isco previously having plied his trade at the Santiago Bernabeu if there was a chance of signing him to Barcelona. It doesn’t need to be a researcher say that Isco is the right man, at right place, at right age.
Barcelona have been considered a potential destination for Marco Reus for some while, but prefers to remain as a Borussia Dortmund midfielder. In February, Reus has made a new deal for the German club. So, any proposed deal would be difficult for him right now. Considering Reus’ adaptability, Barcelona may feel that he is player worth pursuing.
Marco Reus is an amazing footballer, who can play in any part of the ground and is comfortable in possession. He has a sense of sit and hold as well as pop off inch perfect passes and assists in. He is a high-class football performer. Barcelona have to dig deep to catch Marco Reus.
Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla is the perfect guy, who knows many of the team well through his time with the Spanish National team. It is quite unclear what Arsene Wenger would make an approach from Barcelona’s offer. But, at 30, Santi Cazorla isn’t exactly the one for future. But, the Barcelona team always want to test waters. Barcelona are quite capable to bring out the class within the players. Let’s do them some experiment this summer. Hopefully, they will find a perfect replacement for Xavi in the midfield.

Now at this moment he is no longer considered one of the top strikers in the world football. But probably his sponsorship deals still rank him among the highest paid soccer players 2015-16.

Probably Neymar is the only player on the list of highest paid soccer players 2015-16, whose endorsements outweighed the salary. The Brazilian superstar has already become a sensation for the Barcelona side. And above all, he is expected to represent Brazil for their sixth World Cup title.
5. Radamel Falcao – Chelsea
Radamel Falcao García Zárate, commonly known as Radamel Falcao, Falcao García or Falcao in South America, is a Colombian professional footballer. Only a few days ago he was transferred to Manchester United on loan from AS Monaco. He plays as a striker for both the club and the Colombian national team.
He had already travelled so many famous clubs like Lanceros, River Plate, Porto, Atletico Madrid, Monaco and now the big one Manchester United.
The 28 year old Star struck a 5 year deal that doubled his salary with AS Monaco, bankrolled by Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev.
He also spent a very successful year with Atletico Madrid, where he scored 34 goals in one season. But Falcao justified the move to the club saying his heart had been with it since his idol Henry had played there. And magically, before that he was not even in the list of top 10 highest paid soccer players. Now he is enjoying the 5th position of highest paid soccer players 20115-16.

The Barcelona sensation had received Ballon d’Or and FIFA World Player of the Year nominations at the age of 21 only. He is definitely one of the greatest soccer players ever in this world. And still if we don’t accept him as the greatest, at least we can consider that he has certain possibilities with so many unbreakable records in his pocket.
Messi started his career with the Spanish giant club FC Barcelona and may be, he is all the through going to end up with them.
After remaining as runner up in 2013 Ballon d’Or award Messi is at number two in the list of top 10 highest paid soccer players 2015-16. He has a grand total earning of 64.1 Million USD per year. The Argentine superstar has agreed to a new contract with the club. But he hasn’t signed yet. Most probably his wage is set to rise. Easily he can become no. 1 of highest paid soccer players next year.
Ronaldo became the most expensive player in the world when he moved from Manchester United to Real Madrid in 2009. He won the 2013 Ballon d’Or. And scored amazing 69 goals in only 59 matches for Real Madrid and Portugal.
Now a time, undoubtedly and most definitely Cristiano Ronaldo is at number one in the list of top 10 highest paid soccer players 2015-16.
He has a grand total earning of 80 Milliion per year. Of which, 52 Million he earns from salary and the other 28 Million from endorsements. Very recently Real Madrid has awarded Cristiano a 5-year contract worth $206 Million USD. Alongside he has some huge sponsorship contracts with Tag Heuer and underwear labeled CR7. In 2008 and 2013, he won the FIFA Ballon d’Or award as the best player in the world, the first Portuguese player to win the title twice. On 26th June 2009, Real Madrid confirmed his transfer from Manchester United for 80 Million, which made him the most expensive footballer in history.
This year the Madrid sensation racked up 31 goals and helped Real Madrid reach the Champions League final with his leadership and otherworldly scoring abilities. Ranking top in salary and endorsements, Ronaldo is by far the highest paid soccer player in the world.
Now it’s been clear that Bayern Munich “are in contact” with the Spanish premier club Real Madrid to sign Martin Odegaard. Again, Tottenham striker Harry Kane has been advised to consider joining Los Merengues, probably this summer.
Some of the German media networks has already confirmed, Odegaard is on Bayern’s radar. But the German club would like to respect his previous decision to sign for Madrid. Alongside, Odegaard hasn’t made a first-team appearance for Real Madrid, last season. So, they prefer to let the great football player take his own decision for joining them.
Yes, of course Odegaard has struggled to fit in at Real since joining. He had been playing largely for the team’s Castilla side despite becoming the club’s youngest debutant in the final fixture on last season at 16 years and 157 days of age.
Surprisingly the young star came on as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo. May be I can help you remember, Cristiano was the reigning Ballon d’Or winner at the time. But lack of any first-team involvement, we had to admit it wasn’t quite the “passing of the torch”.
Bayern was already there while the Norwegian starlet Odegaard moved to Santiago Bernabeu from Stromsgodset in January, 2015. They tried to link up before Real Madrid, but Odegaard had thought otherwise.
“Odegaard should have moved to the Bundesliga instead of Spain. You could say what would Gladbach be able to do against the biggest clubs in Europe? But I am convinced Odegaard would be a Bundesliga player in Gladbach. At Real he has a hard time at the moment.”
Real Madrid was never good at promoting the youth consistently. Even, not all the club’s managers have held that reputation. But Madrid’s current chief Zinedine Zidane may wish to change such situation. In fact we have to recall that he is the former Castilla coach. Bayern may still want the 17 year old Norwegian prodigy to sign in.
Meanwhile, Teddy Sheringham (ex-English forward) has told Spurs superstar Kane to consider upon the interest he’s currently getting from the top most clubs in the world. Speaking to the Mail On Sunday –
“I’m sure there are top clubs looking at him. They’d be prepared to break the bank just because of the way he plays and the way he wants to score goals”
But maybe we have scope for a second thought, Should he move right now? Timing’s a funny thing in football. Most supposedly you have to take the opportunity when it arises. And if it’s left over, another prosperous may have reached there at the elite club and you won’t get the chance again for at least few years.
Kane undoubtedly feels an allegiance to the club who handed him his break into the Premier League, but after netting 22 goals in the English top flight this season, he may be tempted to join Los Blancos next season.
You have to admit that the foul was unwarranted after the position and the dominance that Real Madrid developed. But you can think of sympathy for such a player who is forced to miss the final occasion.
Xabi Alonso has played, won and scored in European Cup final for Liverpool. He has also graced a World Cup final.
Now there, the biggest problem is for Carlo Ancelotti. Now he has to make replacement for the Spanish. But its another thing that he is not short of midfield options. He believes the combination of attributes will determine the final line-up.
As a matter of fact Sami Khedira is now back from a long term injury. But the Geman is not even a natural replacement for the old Alonso. So Ancelotti would definitely need to reshape the central area.
At the time, Xabi was injured Khedira and Modric played together in a double pivot. Initially it was hard for them to make up their understanding.
May be by intuition, Luka Modric began to occupy the deep-lying playmaker role. And Khedira could easily maintain his own format. But soon after Alonso coming back, Ancelotti switched to a4-3-3.
Alongside, the brilliant form of Angel Di Maria minimized the sufferings for Madrid at the mid. Defensive record also improved considerably. Pepe and Sergio Ramos played significant. But you can never understate the positional sense of Xabi Alonso.
At the base of the triangle, Khedira could play alongside Di Maria with Modric in Lisbon. Asier Illarramendi can be another solution as deepest midfielder and Modric in his natural position. But creativity will lack afterall.
I have a week to decide what my team will be but I am happy because he has played with rhythm and intensity and took up good positions on the pitch. Khedira is coming back from a difficult injury which has kept him out for a long time. we have to take that into consideration.
Ancelotti has always kept faith in the youngstars. Probably it would be the right decision for him to make the replacement with experienced Khedira. And we can always wait to see whether the decision turns right or wrong.
According to the Spanish publications, Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo is ready to leave after spending marvelous time with the club. The press like Daily Star intensified the report of returning Cristiano Ronaldo to Manchester United. Moreover, it was also reported that, the sacking of manager Carlo Ancelotti has probably strained the relationship between Cristiano and the Real Madrid President Florentino Perez.
Rafael Benitez is expected to take over the managerial position at Real Madrid. The rumor grew that the striker isn’t convinced enough by the new coach. Moreover, Ronaldo has become upset by Perez’s unwavering support for misfiring Gareth Bale from the squad.
Probable Destination After Real Madrid Exit:
Here comes the question, then what will will be the destination after Cristiano Ronaldo Real Madrid exit?
Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal is desperately seeking for some improvements for his side during the summer. He is probably eying two players for every position as reported in the club’s website. The choice of Cristiano Ronaldo would be his ultimate goal in this situation.
On other side, the French Champion, Paris Saint- Germain are about to target CR7 as a part of their mega deal, per ESPN. Because of a fantastic relationship between Cristiano and Jose Mourinho, English club Chelsea are silently trying to make him convinced, considering his unhappiness at Bernabeu.
In the recently finished Spanish La Liga, C. Ronaldo has scored 48 goals to grab the Golden Shoe award. However, despite his individual achievement, Real Madrid didn’t make it to the Super Cup and Club World Cup.
The former manager, Carlo Ancelotti had failed to find a sustainable balance with the formation of 4-3-3. It was a wrong idea that forced attacking midfielder Isco and James Rodriguez into the center of the pitch. It will be the first task for Rafa Benitez to use the best players into their natural positions. Benitez has his own plan, which would be building the team around Gareth Bale. Perez’ll be impressed if it involves Bale to take on a more central role adding Cristiano Ronaldo with the plan.
The Sky Sports recently reported that, CR7’s influence in the team will be affected if Bale is moved from the flank. If the Real fans want to see Bale flourish, Cristiano Ronaldo will need to step back a little bit in this case.
There is no doubt about Cristiano Ronaldo’s goal scoring ability. He will be a valuable asset for any side of the world. It’s likely that, new manager Benitez will certainly want him to play a vital role during his entry at the Bernabeu. It is admitted that the 30-year-old, Cristiano will begin to slow down soon. But, for Real Madrid, Cristiano Ronaldo is a kind of player who is totally irreplaceable.
Last Summer, Man U coach Van Gaal raided Real to capture Angel Di Maria, but it is unlikely luring Cristiano Ronaldo to take the chance of returning. Cristiano will need to play a key role here in any transfer being pushed through, whether it’s to Manchester United or anywhere else.
The Manchester United fans will continue to expect their hero will return one day. Cristiano’s return could kick-start the first success in post-Sir Alex Ferguson era in Manchester United.
