Martinez clarified,“I believe this Spanish team is moved by targets. They wanted to win the first European Championships, then the first World Cup, then three tournaments in a row. Now the Spain national team have the final target to be the first European team to win the World Cup in South America.”
This season Atletico Madrid have been the revelation in Spanish football, but their Star footballer Diego Costa staying in a major injury doubt. In this situation many are predicting Real will establish old order in Tonight’s final.
Roberto Martinez believes Diego Costa will be a key figure not only in the final but also in the World Cup in Brazil, where he believes the powerful footballer will help his adopted country adapt to the conditions.
Diego Costa, as an ex-Brazilian hopefully is going to bring lots of spice in the upcoming tournament and against Brazil when they need a way to get out of their own half, they will be able to add that to their play.
